The crisp breeze brushed through her hair
A moment alone in stillness shared
As her mist is a delicately relaxed pleasure
Adorned drops from her glistening treasure
Her fingers roll softly into the shore
A feeling of tranquillity never felt before

The beautiful, gentle giants of the sea sing their magical tune
A symphony of divine songs that soothes each mother’s restless womb
Each new day is memorable for all who visit our shore
Patiently with anticipation as they look out over the glistening dance floor
And in that split second from the depths of the ocean blue
A gentle giant of the sea breaches and pirouettes in celebration; such a dramatic view
— Kelly Amanda Lee
For all is not lost; it is not permanent. You will see
You will rise again that Phoenix all would agree
With each new day, your strength will be your saviour
You will not give in, nor will you accept this behaviour
As you are that woman who has fought many a raging storm
You have reached within and allowed yourself to transform
— Kelly Amanda Lee

Introduction
Reborn the Rose poetry workshops provide a transformative space where individuals can use creative expression to heal, grow, and connect. Founded by Kelly Amanda Lee, the workshops are inspired by her personal journey of resilience—overcoming domestic violence, complex PTSD, and a rare, life-changing illness. Poetry became her way to process emotions and reclaim her voice, and now she offers the same opportunity to others.
The workshops are designed to empower participants through the written word, helping them find strength in storytelling and self-expression. Many individuals, especially those facing adversity, struggle to articulate their emotions. Through guided exercises and reflective writing, participants can process their experiences, gain confidence, and foster a deeper sense of self-awareness.
Each session is structured to provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can: Engage in guided writing exercises to unlock creativity.Explore themes of resilience, healing, and empowerment through poetry.Share and connect with others in a judgment-free space (optional participation).Learn techniques to use writing as a therapeutic and empowering tool. No prior writing experience is required—just a willingness to explore emotions and express oneself.
