Are these workshops counselling sessions?
No. Reborn the Rose offers reflective creative workshops and experiences centred around storytelling, poetry, and self-expression. These spaces are not therapy or crisis support services.
Do participants need writing experience?
Not at all. Workshops are designed to encourage expression at each individual’s comfort level.
Are workshops suitable for schools or community groups?
Yes. Workshops can be tailored for youth programs, schools, community organisations, and reflective creative spaces.
Can workshops be delivered online?
Yes. Selected workshops and creative experiences can be adapted for online delivery.
Is participation mandatory during sessions?
No. Creative expression should always honour personal choice, pace, and comfort.
