Feelings Explorer Agency helps tweens explore emotions in a creative and engaging way. Through stories, poems, activities and missions, children are encouraged to recognise their feelings, understand themselves and discover practical ways to handle everyday challenges. There are no right or wrong answers—each Explorer is encouraged to move through the book at their own pace, building confidence, self-awareness and emotional skills along the way.

Journey through six unique realms, complete each mission and discover something new about yourself along the way.
Water Realm
The Water Realm is a place of flowing rivers, rolling waves and hidden depths. Here, Explorers discover that feelings can change just like the water. Through each mission, you’ll learn to notice your emotions, look beneath the surface and find ways to move through big feelings.
In the Water Realm, every feeling has something to tell you.
The Air Realm
The Air Realm is a place of open skies, drifting clouds and changing winds. Here, Explorers discover that there can be more than one way to see a situation. Through each mission, you’ll learn to notice your thoughts, change your view and discover new ways forward.
In the Air Realm, changing your view can change what you see.
The Fire Realm
The Fire Realm is a land of volcanoes, glowing lava and brave hearts. Here, Explorers discover that courage doesn’t mean never feeling afraid. Through each mission, you’ll learn to face doubt, understand big feelings and find the courage to take the next step.
In the Fire Realm, even a small spark of courage can grow into something powerful.
The Moon Realm
The Moon Realm is a place of moonlight, quiet skies and hidden discoveries. Here, Explorers learn to slow down, look within and listen to what their thoughts and feelings are telling them. Through each mission, you’ll understand yourself better and learn to trust your inner voice.
In the Moon Realm, trust begins within.
The Forest Realm
The Forest Realm is a place of towering trees, winding paths and new growth. Here, Explorers discover that growing takes time. Through each mission, you’ll learn to be patient with yourself, show kindness to others and keep going when things feel hard.

The Cosmic Realm
The Cosmic Realm is a place of shining stars, distant planets and endless possibilities. Here, Explorers discover their strengths, dreams and what makes them unique. Through each mission, you’ll learn to believe in yourself, explore new possibilities and imagine where your journey could take you.
