We will accept “change of mind” returns or exchanges on products provided that the product

remains unused and is in its original packaging. You have submitted a request for such via

our website within seven days of receiving the order. Outside of this period, we cannot offer

you a refund or exchange.

Australian Consumer Law for breach of the Consumer Guarantees.
