Voiceless Secrets is a youth-focused initiative that supports young people to develop voice, emotional
literacy, and confidence in self-expression. The work uses structured, creative activities to help young
people communicate their thoughts and experiences in ways that feel safe, respectful, and age-appropriate.
Participation is always by choice. There is no pressure to disclose personal or traumatic experiences.
Many young people struggle to find safe ways to express what they are feeling or thinking.
When voice is unsupported, emotions are often internalised or misunderstood.
